BODY WALKING MASSAGE

This is a wonderful technique rooted in East Asia, dating back roughly 3000 years. This form of bodywork assists the healing process by way if the therapist using her feet rather than her hands to apply gentle pressure to the body.

Through mindful small steps, using gradual pressure, along the entire length of the body carefully avoiding bones and joints, the body is gently squeezed and re-aligned. It is a perfect compliment to Tri-Dosha or a Yoga Therapy session as it continues the process of healing by assisting the body to further release from it that which doesn’t belong, be it toxins or tension.
